This is our true love! Horticulture is our hidden talent, given as a gift that we have enhanced and flourished on a daily basis. We continually study this as a science and an art. The passion we have for the horticulture world is to the highest degree. To master this science will be a life long journey, in which we are daily engaged. There is knowledge of true function in order to design plant material to the exposure required for survivability and to ensure the plant will do what it is genetically granted.

We create landscapes in accord with nature. We take the wild discipline of raw elements and turn it into the “Spirit of a Peaceful Place.” All things must have balance in order to work and function peacefully. However, a perfect balance is not needed. The task is in giving a visual of equilibrium. Also an item that is holistically important is the ability to layer the plants in a size and height fashion to give it a depth of field. We engage ourselves in a specific thought process by starting with our large trees first, moving into our foundation material like our shrubs, onto our flowering plants and perennials and ultimately into our groundcovers. We are excited about this area of landscaping and every design is a complete new world to create. We attach ourselves to your landscape and give every detail a purpose.

Every single landscape is unique and different for it’s own personal surrounding. Color contrast and texture are the mediums to our creation. Texture is the organic material structure in which the plant shows a difference in physical character. This is one of the most critical elements. The harmonic blending that occurs can be beautiful. With each garden or landscape we create there is a transformation that occurs, bringing more beauty and spirit into the environment and the lives of each individual involved.
